What to do when the Android application displays a connection error?
What can you do if your Android app displays a connection error? Despite the correct configuration, does the mobile application on your device display a connection error message? Try the following steps:
1) Check your Internet connection. 2) Clear the application cookies and the cache. 3) Go to the “API Settings” tab on the BitBay account. Delete the API access keys to the app and connect the device with the account again. 4) Reinstall the app on your device.
If the application still displays the error message, contact our Support team. In the ticket indicate the model of your device, the current version of your operating system and when the problem occurred.
It would be very helpful if you could send us a screen recording presenting how the error appears. You can record the video using applications such as AZ Screen Recorder or Icecream Screen Recorder.
