1. Attempting to register an account to already used email address
If you have not received a message to the provided email address, it's mean that an account has been created using this address despite the message displayed below.

Please, note that if your account has been not used for a long time, it will not be closed anyway.

2. Password reset:
Please remember that you can reset password only using login assigned to your account (not email address).

If you forgot your login contact us through the contact form. After assigning a new login, we also suggest you save it in a safe place to avoid this kind of problem in the future.

3. Attempting to register a new account to the email address which was already assigned to currently closed account:
In this case, due to the fact that it is not possible to register account again to the same email address which was assigned to a previously closed account, to confirm that the account has been closed, please send a request via the contact form. Please, provide there your email address and attach a selfie photo, on which your face will be visible, as well as a document you have used to verify your account and a piece of paper with the current date written by hand. However, if you remember that you have closed your account, you can create a new account using a new email address.
