BitBay is accelerating the development by attracting an American investor from FinTech industry.

The largest digital currency exchange in CEE and the third in whole Europe, with nearly one million users, is focusing on development by acquiring external American investor from FinTech industry.

The process of changing the investor has already started and should be finalised within the next 12 months. The new investor is a leading company from US, operating in the financial technology industry (FinTech). As a part of the investment process agreement, BitBay CEO and BitBay founder – Sylwester Suszek no longer holds any function in the company with any involvement in new projects realized by BitBay, both on astrategic and operational level.

Getting a new investor is another step towards the dynamic development of BitBay, which is already the largest digital currency exchange in CEE. The company was established in 2014 and its operation is regulated by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). The commencement of the investment process continues the company's expansion. At the beginning of 2021 BitBay started cooperation with the Swiss SEBA Bank – global leader of smart-banking. Establishing cooperation was the beginning of a new standard for efficiency, security and flexibility in virtual enterprise financing and tokenization of assets.
